Invester Relations Unit
Our Investor Relations Unit ensures that correspondence and other documents between investors and the partnership are kept secure and up-to-date. Our unit was established to carry out transactions under the supervision of the Central Securities Depository of the Turkish capital markets (MKK) and to provide accurate information to our investors through stakeholder relations.
The Investor Relations Unit provides information by answering the questions submitted during the period and shareholders’ requests for information about the partnership, in a transparent manner face to face or via communication tools, in line with Astor Energy’s public disclosure policy, excluding trade secret information regarding Astor Energy.
It prepares the documents that must be submitted to the shareholders for review regarding the general assembly meeting and takes measures to ensure that the general assembly meeting is held in accordance with the relevant legislation, the Articles of Association and other intra-partnership regulations.
Our Investor Relations Unit plays an active role in protecting and facilitating shareholder rights.
Our corporate website contains information and data about Astor Energy and is constantly kept up to date.
