Astor Enerji A.Ş. collaborated with İskenderun Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş., and within the scope of this collaboration, a 675 MVA transformer was manufactured.

Astor Enerji A.Ş. signed a significant agreement with İskenderun Enerji Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş. As part of this collaboration, the company signed a contract on September 14, 2023, for the manufacturing of a 675 MVA transformer. This project is among the largest in Turkey and one of the major power transformers in the world, contributing significantly to the country’s energy production capacity. The completed 675 MVA power transformer left the Astor Enerji factory to be delivered to its destination during a delivery ceremony. The 490-ton transformer was produced using local resources over a period of 8 months.
